CONCEPT THEATRE

In this workshop we explore theatre inspired by concept art. We build a performance from a statement we want to communicate to the audience. The statement should be some kind of provocation as this creates a more dynamic relationship with the spectators. We make a storyboard defining texts, space, actions, props, and technical equipment before staging the performance.

The workshop appeals to  performers (actors/dancers/performance artists), light and sound designers, set designers, prop makers, stagehands.
